PESHAWAR: The audit report of 1,030 officers on complaints received on Citizen Portal has been sent to Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in which 300 officers in KP were asked to respond to their poor performance.
According to details, 1,030 officers were audited on the complaints received on Citizen Portal, the report of which has been sent to the Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The report said that 300 officers in KP were asked to respond to their poor performance and the officers concerned were asked to respond to the audit score of less than 50%.
The Chief Secretary has asked the officers why the complaints are not being resolved. The report described the performance of more than 500 officers as satisfactory.
Appreciating the high performance of more than 220 officers, the Chief Secretary said that strict action would be taken against the negligent in resolving the grievances.
Remember that the number of citizens registered on Pakistan Citizen Portal has reached 2.8 million, 1.5 million citizens expressed their views on Pakistan Citizen Portal and millions of citizens confirmed receiving relief through Citizen Portal.
According to statistics, 976482 out of 1038351 complaints of Punjab have been resolved, 781094 out of 875026 complaints of the federation have come to an end while 266276 complaints of KP, 149,898 complaints of Sindh and 20031 complaints of Balochistan have been resolved.
