ISLAMABAD: The government has changed the name and design of the Health Justice Card. The new name of the Health Justice Card will be National Health Card.
According to details, the government took another revolutionary step and changed the name and design of the Health Justice Card. A spokesman for the Ministry of Health said that the new name of the Health Justice Card would be the National Health Card.
According to the spokesperson, the National Health Card will be launched in phased new districts. The National Health Card is a historic and revolutionary project of Pakistan, under which people below the poverty line can get free treatment under the card.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Health said that the scope of the National Health Card has been extended to the entire country and the program is underway in 90 districts of Pakistan.
It may be recalled that in February, Prime Minister Imran Khan had said that Pakistan would be made a great welfare state under the principles of the state of Madinah. In this regard, a health insurance system has been introduced in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the first time.
Earlier, health facility cards have also been distributed in Punjab. Under this program, health cards have been provided to 5 million families in Punjab.
