Muscat: The Gulf state of Oman has announced the resumption of international flights from October 1, which will now allow valid visa holders to reach Oman.
According to Arab media reports, Omani visa holders stranded in other countries will be able to return to the country from October 1, as the government has announced the resumption of international flights.
According to the report, the Omani Supreme Committee for Coronation Prevention has announced that the process of repatriation of valid resident card and visa holders of Oman will start from October 1.
A meeting of the High Oversight Committee was held in Oman recently in which it was decided that international flights would be resumed in the country while now the resumption of international flights has been formally announced.
Flights from other countries will come to Oman and from Oman to other countries as well. Initially, flights will be resumed from stations where the Corona epidemic has been largely controlled. The resumption of international flights will be phased out for which all preparations have been completed.
